03 / Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. If we make changes, we will post the updated version on the Site and update the effective date (if shown). Changes apply from the time they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Subject to these Terms and any additional license terms provided with the Software, Deepdock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software solely for your personal use or legitimate internal business purposes.
You must not (except to the extent permitted by mandatory law):
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code,
remove or alter notices, labels, or proprietary markings,
rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Software available to third parties, or
use the Software in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Deepdock and/or its licensors.
06 / Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deepdock, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Site or Software, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your infringement of any rights of a third party.

13 / Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deepdock regarding your use of the Site and replace any prior understandings on this subject. Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, this does not waive our right to enforce it later. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be the competent courts in Berlin, Germany (to the extent legally permissible).
