Hosting and server logs
This site is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested address, date and time, and your browser's user agent, to deliver the site and protect it against attacks.
Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.
No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own domain; no request goes to Google or any other font provider.
Contact form and notification field
When you use the form on /demo or the notification field on /case-studies, we process what you enter: name, company, work email, the system you name and your optional message. We use it only to answer your request or to notify you once.
The data is forwarded to our internal tools for handling requests: [Webhook recipient]. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and, for the notification, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by email).
We delete the data when it is no longer needed for the purpose, unless statutory retention periods apply.
If you write to us by email, we process your address and your message to answer you. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to hello@deepdock.ai.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for us the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
